"I am so lucky to have Dr. Moyo as my oncologist. I’ve been seeing her since early 2021 and I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor. She is beyond patient, caring, kind, compassionate and understanding. Her knowledge and expertise in hematology is excellent. Dr. Moyo always makes sure I leave my appointments with a good understanding of what’s going on with my care plan and all of my test results. She usually runs on time, but I never fault her when she doesn’t because I understand how important time spent with patients is to her. She doesn’t rush through appointments and values your time and feelings and won’t leave the room until you both feel you’ve gotten a good understanding of what’s going on. She delivers news in a very positive and compassionate way and gives hope to her patients. The front desk staff is always kind, forgive me because I always forget her name but she is really sweet. Dr. Moyo is also super responsive on the portal! I had a second opinion at Duke, which it never hurts to get one and they left the door open for me there. The course of action was the same as Dr. Moyo recommended, but I chose to stay with her ultimately because I felt a connection with her and I trust her. She is a fantastic oncologist and I can’t say enough good things about her. Thank you for everything you do for us! You are a gem!"
