"I was told to mail patient information form before scheduling the first appointment. They say they will review my information and call me to schedule the appointment as soon as they receive my form. I waited for them to call me back. But they didn't. I thought they didn't receive my form so I called to check with them. It turned out they have received my form but just didn't call me back. At first I'd like to schedule an appointment with them. But I realized that at least I needed an explanation for why they kept me waiting. So, I called again. They started finding excuses like they need to verify my health insurance or doctors are on vocation or the office is busy. They gaslighted me for not listening to them and implied that I was overreacting to the situation. To be clear, I'm not making comments about the doctor or medical service in this clinic. I was referred by a friend and heard good things about the dentist there. I'm talking about they didn't respect me in the process of scheduling. I don't know how long I would wait or they would keep me waiting if I didn't choose to call them today. At least, I deserve an apology from them but they didn't care. I'm glad I called today so I know they, for some reason, don't care how long the patient is waiting for the call they promised. I'm glad I canceled the appointment with them."

"Please ignore the fake internet reviews. This man doesn't have 20+ year long patients because he mistreats them, is inconsiderate, incomplete with treatment or information. Everything about this practice says "professionalism, caring, knowledge and experience". If you want someone to hold your hand, call your Mom. #nobodyelsetouchesmyteeth!"

"Dr. Vignali was told by Emblem Heath/GHI NOT to bill their members a PPE fee, he is anyway. He is doing so without notifying his patients in advance. I called him out on it, voicing the fact that I thought it was unfair that I wasn't notified in advance, prior to services rendered especially since there was ample time to notify me prior to being seen. I was not rude or disruptive to him or his staff at any time and I agreed to paying it in the future. The following morning, I was dismissed from his practice over the phone, without anything in writing or prior notification of that either. This was in the middle of treatment and in the middle of a global pandemic. Not only was it inconsiderate and unfair, it is unethical by Dr. Vignali's own standards. Is this how you would like to be treated by someone you trust with your best interest?"

"My husband and I both go to this practice. We love Dr. Vignali and his staff. They are very caring and they go the extra mile to make sure you are accommodated."
