"Had two bad experiences. Won’t be returning. First day I notice how rough she was when scraping my chipped tooth out. I was also charged for the front desk not doing their due diligence and following up when the X-rays they received wouldn’t open. Then I scheduled an appointment after waiting weeks for my insurance to respond. I come in and end up leaving with nothing done. I wrote down my allergies prior to the visit and explained my reaction to numbing agents as I have done with every dentist since I got my second filling in the 7th grade. I’m now almost 30 years old. This dentist instead stated she wouldn’t do the work without me going to see my primary first and getting the okay or me being put on steroids prescribed by my primary first. I just got fillings done about two years ago w/ no issues. So I missed portion of work today to not have work done and wasn’t actually listened to when explaining. I also asked if they had a waiver and was told no they don’t. I tried to do in-house with my insurance instead of paying 1300 out of pocket, but it’s been little over a month and still nothing is done. I read great reviews for this dentist but my experience just wasn’t that."

"I am relatively new to this practice, but I’ve had some procedures done and feel I have experienced enough to make a valid judgement on the office as a whole. Dr. K is extremely competent, experienced, thorough, explanatory and a true partner in your dental treatment. This goes for the entire office staff as well. Everyone is friendly, professional and appear happy to be there. It is a totally positive experience every time I walk through the door."
