"Terrible customer service over the phone unfortunately . Be prepared for arrogant impatient receptionist. I spoke to a lady I believed named jade/jada a day prior to my new patient appointment, she bluntly told me they don’t take my insurance without me giving her my Id number. When I called and made appointment with a kind receptionist she said they do take my insurance just certain coverage so make sure i bring me card and was even kind enough to tell me they do walk-in .. I felt her Jade/Jada bad energy was unnecessary and just makes simple things more difficult."

I was given multiple choices in different price ranges and not pressured to decide instantly. I would recommend Aspen Dental for general dentistry for any wary patient. "I don’t even want to schedule an appointment with these people. I called to see if they are accepting new patients and to see if they accept my insurance (managed care plan Medicaid). I got straight money hungry vibes from the receptionist the moment she started talking. The girl told me they don’t accept Medicaid but proceeds to tell me that the first appointment is free and they have “special financing.” I’m like, well you said just Medicaid what about my specific managed plan. She disregarded that and repeated herself. She was attempting to passive aggressively schedule me an appointment and have someone reach out to me regarding my insurance. Why do you want to waste our time when you just told me Aspen doesn’t accept “Medicaid?” Like, why would I want to pay out of pocket for a dentist when I have insurance? Why are you trying to force me into your office? I hung up on that girl and will proceed to look elsewhere. No, thank you!"
