"Absurd. I made an appointment for March 5th 2020. When I made my appointment I asked if they take my insurance and was assured they do. Then, the day of the appointment, told that NOPE - they don't take my insurance at all. So I cancelled, because that is a terrible business practice whether it is a lie or a mistake. I thought that was the end of the story. I didn't hear from them the rest of 2020 OR 2021. In 2022 I got a BLANK invoice from them asking for $50. I called and left a message explaining about cancelling my appointment because they either lied or were mistaken about their insurance. I didn't hear anything from them again until 8/21/23 (3.5 YEARS later if you're keeping track) when I got another BLANK invoice asking for $60. Absolutely not. So I called again and left another message. Now they're calling and texting me trying to say I owe them money for a "partial" exam. No, absolutely not. I never had any exam and I only made the initial appointment because they TOLD me they take my insurance. So I was brought in either under false pretenses or simple incompetence. Neither of which is something I am responsible for - it was their mistake! The idea of trying to chase someone down 3.5 YEARS later for a mistake YOU made is absurd. I will never give them one red cent and I hope you don't either."

"This dentist is running a scam, they claim to take your insurance but you have to pay up front and then they will submit your claim to insurance. They never do submit anything to your insurance and lie when you ask them claiming the insurance company is the one lying, so you never get your money back. The doctor’s work is sloppy and they are very unprofessional. This is by far the worst dentist in Albany."

"The cleaning i received was probably the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. Normally during a cleaning I would feel like my teeth are going to be yanked out but not this time, the lady was extremely gentle and very thorough. In addition, the receptionist was very welcoming."

"Great place. I’m terrified of the dentist and all of the staff are great there. They make me feel comfortable. I will not go any place else. I love the text and email notifications we get as a reminder of the appt and if they need to cancel. I’m on the phone a lot for work so in the past for other offices I would miss the call. I recommend them to everyone I know."

"i had an appointment set with this providers office and my experience was less than desirable. The day before my visit at 6 in the evening i get a call which went to voicemail about my visit for the following day. The receptionist didn't properly verify my dental insurance information so she needed to get some clarifying information. When i called the office back they were closed and i could not get in touch with anyone. I showed up the next day for my appointment with my insurance information and the office isn't even open...i left after waiting 15 minutes. I finally got called back today at about 1:45 by the office. They claimed to have sent out a cancellation text. Worse experience with a dental office in my life. I wouldn't suggest using them."
