"If it were possible to select negative stars I would. The facility has incompetent employees who cannot answer any billing questions. They are also unable to schedule appointments in order of birth date. When I have tried to talk to them about that everyone kept pointing fingers at someone else for the mishap, that was never fixed. They presented us with a proposed treatment plan and what insurance would pay and what we would be responsible for. We did are part. Paid the down payment and then paid for the service before the date as required. After the service we got hit with another bill that doubled what we are responsible for because they never sent any information into our insurance company for an accurate coverage. I have taken my child out of this practice. It was a terrible experience from beginning to end. And I still don’t have any answers for my billing questions. Dr. Gallo and her employees seem to have an issue with communication and that’s unacceptable when you’re dealing with my child."
