I told them that this is very unprofessional and they proceeded to tell me “ if I don’t like it, I can go somewhere else”. My brother had the same issue where they cancelled the same day. They charge such a high no show fee but they cancel on patients every single day."

"Booked online and received multiple confirmation emails, only to get turned away when I got there because they said their online system is not working and they got overbooked.. I wish they have some respect for their clients time and gave a heads up. They tried to get me on the queue but the wait time was awful. The racist comments seem to be true after all. I’m not white, so I wouldn’t be surprised getting treated this way in this place."
