"I went there first time . My appointment was for X-ray. A dental hygienist came to clean my teeth. She was hurting me a lot during doing X-ray. I was keep telling her you are hurting me. She was keep doing it over n over same thing. Than she called another girl to help her!! I believe eveline was her name . Her hand was also terrible she was also hurting me. I’m not sure whether they r new or what !!! Later dr came to see those xray . He seems okay . Since he has no more patients he told me he can do cleaning same day . He started cleaning my teeth. I used to clean my teeth nyc this is first time I’m Cleaning in Albany. This Dr he killed me . He was treating me as I’m an animal so much pain n hush while he was cleaning my teeth. I was shaking for pain . He continuing cleaning my teeth so roughly without giving me a break to rinse. I can feel all the blood in my mouth that was coming out. My worst dental cleaning experience in this office . He doesn’t treat me as an human being he treated me a dead body with giving me so much pain for cleaning!!!! After he is done when I went home I had to take 2 Tynelol each day for pain for 3 days …I went through so much pain inside my mouth . Zero star!!!!!"

"Mustafa Sabai, the dentist here, wants to see the cash in your hand before even saying “hello,” this guy is all about the money. The practice isn’t as sanitary as could be, they reuse certain things. There is also a hint of racism emanating from him towards his own kind (brown/black folks). I would carefully read all of the reviews here and then proceed to search for a better, more qualified dentist. Sincerely."

"The staff, the doctor everyone was very accommodating. The doctor did impeccable work replacing my front veneer along with 3 fillings. I was in and out within two hours. I couldn’t be happier."

"Unfortunately I had a very poor experience trying to make an appointment. I spent 2 weeks trying going back and forth between calling them and calling my insurance company because they insisted they couldn't verify my insurance. I even had my insurance company on the phone with someone from the office. That still was not good enough. Eventually someone calls me a week after this and says she was able to verify my insurance. I had to cancel one appt already because of this so I was very happy when she was able to make an appointment for me. I was very up front that my schedule only allowed for a Friday appointment. They made my first appointment on a Friday. They made my second appointment on a Friday. I just received a call that the Dr. had a meeting this Friday and needed to reschedule my appointment. They offered me a Monday. I reiterated that my schedule only allowed for a Friday appointment. The person on the phone now tells me " We are closed on Fridays". If that was the case and they didn't want to see me on a Friday, when their schedule shows availability, and I was scheduled for, I wish they would have told me a month ago instead of wasting both of our times."

"Thank you for a great experience and taking the time to work on my teeth!! I loved this small office! He is quick and efficient, he knew what I needed to have done as soon as he stepped in the room! The assistant and the trainee with her were super caring. The dentist walked in and got to work!! He’s awesome and will tell you like it is, my mother convinced me to go to him and believe me, I’m telling all of my friends! He cracks jokes and plays no games!! I loved Him! The receptionist is a doll too and even moved my appt. up so I could get in earlier! I am Finding it hard to understand how he has negative reviews he is super caring and loves his job!
