"I'm happy with the service at this office. Everyone is very nice! In particular, Dr. B. He is very professional, knowledgeable, understanding and cares very much for his patients. I have been coming to this place for years and the service remains the same. Once, I told Dr. B that my boy wanted to be a doctor and he patienly took the time to show my boy the pictures of his teeth and answer all the questions that he had plus explained his answers in a way so my boy could understand it clearly. Thank you Dr. B!"

"The first time I came here, the front staff was rude and unprofessional and the two ladies at the desk were arguing with each other. My daughter liked her dentist though, so we came back for him to finish the final treatment that was needed. Now the second time we came back confirmed everything I needed to never come back to this unethical and absurd office. I called in advance and let them know I was running behind, parking is not ideal here. They called me back and tried to force me into canceling my appointment but I told them I was right outside. I double parked out front and was exactly 60 seconds late MIND YOU - I was carrying a newborn in their car seat. Maybe some consideration? Not at all. They told me I would have to reschedule for being 60 seconds late, keep this in mind also - I WAS THE FIRST APPOINTMENT OF THE DAY. NO ONE ELSE WAS THERE. Still, they refused to see my daughter and said the next appointment confirmed they were still coming. Now here's the great part, the dentist came out and even argued with me about the 60 seconds - wasn't even the dentist that was supposed to work on my daughter. When I questioned where her dentist was because I didn't even know this dentist who was there that day, they told me my daughter's dentist was on vacation. I received no call at all - letting me know that there would be a huge change to her appointment. I would have canceled this appointment if I had been made aware he was on vacation but they don't care about the kid's comfort either and think necessary information like this is worth calling a parent to inform them. They completely wasted my time and energy arguing with such incompetent staff. I was considerate in letting them know I was running behind and they couldn't even call me to let me know of her dentist not even being there for her appointment. Laughable. 60 seconds late while carrying a newborn and refusing an appointment. Disgusting."

"I love Dental Smiles!! They are amazing with my kids (they are autistic)!! ALL STAFF were kind, happy, informative, and was so very clean!! The doctor who did my daughters fillings a few months ago came to check her teeth as well(which she didn’t have to do that, just shows that this doctor cares about her patients) Had a movie playing for the kids!! Would deff recommend this dental office for all children!"

"The Staff & Dentist were child friendly, facility was clean , and sanitary. However I was very unhappy with the care they provided us. The Dentist told me that my daughter has two cavities that need to be fixed and they are so deep that they both need silver crowns!! I took her that same day to a family dentist who confirmed that the information she gave us is not true and she just has two small cracks in the teeth that can be fixed very fast & easily. He fixed the problem within 10 minutes and sent her home PAIN FREE!!! This dentist also wouldn’t start a treatment that we originally came to see her for. And she made things very complicated, when the situation was not as difficult as she made it seem. The only reason I will give it 2 stars, was for friendly staff and clean facility. Otherwise, I was very disappointed with the care provided."

"Love this place and the staff. We’ve been here 3 times since last year and have had an amazing experience each time. The visits are quick and efficient. Short wait times, pleasant staff, and so much kindness. I was worried that my son would have a hard time because he was scared of going to the dentist, but after the first visit, he looked forward it- especially for his free balloon and stickers. The doctor, assistants and hygienist thoroughly explained everything, was patient, and offered different options when applicable. I’m sad we had to move but thank you for all that you do. Keep up the great work!"
