"Dr. Salha is a wonderful dentist! I've been going to him for years and always appreciated timely office, kind people, good service - but recently I've needed some more significant work that made me appreciate what a good dentist he is. Highlighting what's most impressive to me: 1. He's very good about ensuring no pain - he'll wait as long as it takes for areas to numb, do more numbing if needed. 2. Related, he'll talk you through what he's doing and make sure you stay comfortable. I was terrified to get the root canal I needed, but he made sure I understood what was happening, knew what might feel slightly uncomfortable vs you shouldn't feel this at all, etc. I trusted him before but now I trust him completely! 3. I appreciate that he didn't rush to do that root canal - we explored other options first, waited a couple months to make sure we were 100% that I needed it. I think some other dentists would have gone straight for the highest-billing procedure, but Dr Salha is conservative that way. 4. Dr Salha went above and beyond to follow up and ensure all was well. In one case it wasn't! A temporary crown needed a slight adjustment that was causing pain that woke me in the night, and he saw me that very day to fix it, even though he had to come into his Manhattan office after hours on a day he was working in his other office. Amazing! In short, I'd HIGHLY recommend this dentist. I already have several coworkers who are thinking of switching :)"
