"Very nice and clean place, convenient hours. But I brought in a large German shepherd and was “appropriately” charged for a large dog yet given one tiny 1oz. Container of shampoo and conditioner that was also watered down. It lasted for his head and not any other part of his body. The amount of towels and soaps should be reflected in the increased price for size of dogs. The lady at the front was nice about it, but I was unable to ask for more, and honestly I shouldn’t have had to. Any amount of common sense would’ve said those supplies weren’t going to cut it. They wouldn’t have even been enough for a dirty chihuahua. And a $2 card fee is quite high considering the complete and utter lack of awareness. Don’t charge people for large dog services when you provided them with small dog ones."

"Stopped in just for a nail trim and to check this new groomer since the location is convenient. It's a family run business, staff were knowledgeable and friendly. There's an option to bathe your furbaby yourself. I'll be back"
