"They expect you to show up on time. If you don't you are charged a fee even though it has never happened before. I understand the need for this. But when you show up with you our dog and they have overbooked they send you away . I have never had this happen before with any groomer.⁶ poor business practice on their part. They think your time isn't important."

"Please if you have a dog that suffers from anxiety this is not the place for them. The staff members do not have a nurturing animal loving vibe. When I spoke to the owner regarding the incident with my dog and questioned how it was being handled she immediately got defensive. So it was obvious to me that her staff was following her energy."

"When I moved here, I read a lot of reviews and asked a lot of questions of several groomers. I was able to make an appointment here, and there wasn't an availability for several weeks ahead. I'm grateful now that I waited because this is a fabulous groomer. They are attentive to dog health, request vet records. They take care of you pet from a to z. They have policies so read and honor them. They take great care of my fur baby and she has been going there now about 2 years. They have a lot of services. It might not be the most economical place, but I trust them. What else is there?"

"A+ Experience. Staff is great! Just picked up our pup Oliver (Samoyed) and he looks fantastic. Had the full experience (bath, nails, ears, and more). The staff was very helpful with next steps, maintenance of his coat and scheduling follow-ups. Oh, and Oliver say thanks too!"
