"I am leaving this dental practice due to the nasty, unprofessional behavior of the receptionist. I had emergency work done on my gums. I received a $2500 bill. When I went to call the dentist office to explain that I had no idea the bill would be so much and that I would pay in increments - the receptionist was snarky and rude. They wouldn’t except my good faith payment that day! The office never reviewed the costs beforehand and I was unaware I reached my insurance’s maximum. My previous dentist always kept me informed of what’s covered. Instead of trying to work with me - a customer that is willing to pay - the receptionist and then the dentist’s wife told me they are not a bank - and threatened my credit rating. I put the balance on a card and changed dentist. When I shared this information with friends another person I know had a negative interaction with receptionist from this office."

"My husband & I just started going here. The staff are very friendly. Dr. Pawelek is amazing! He is caring & professional. I had all of my old metal fillings taken out & replaced with the new white. I also had a old crown replaced. My mouth looks & feels amazing. The hygienist is so "down to earth" & one of the best I've ever had. Thanks to you all for your outstanding services. "I have been seeing Dr. Pawelek for almost a decade now. I live 3 hours away and I still drive back to see them. The hygienists are very kind and will answer all of your questions *thoroughly*. Dr. Pawelek is efficient and quick. You won't regret going here."
