"Went here for my third visit. Appointment made 6 months ago was changed, I was called by office and left a message. I called back went right to voice mail 6 times. Left message to call me back they did not. Went into office 24 hours later and made another appointment. Person said she was very busy, had hard time making changes because of lack of hygienist. On appointment day I saw my third different hygienist on my third visit. This hygienist sat me down told me I needed new X-rays and proceeded to try to take them. She put the film in my mouth and took the same X-ray over and over 7 times. Adjusting and readjusting saying that it is not coming out right and she can’t read it. Conferring with another hygienist she said that’s the best I can do and we will let the dentist deal with it. The dentist came in never introduced himself an looked in my mouth for 15 seconds before he said I had 2 cavities on the side were the hygienist said the X-ray was unreadable. Never even checking the left side of my mouth he started to leave. At that point I told the dentist I have regular check ups and haven’t had any cavities for years, and now I have 2. My trust and safety red flag went up after this dog and pony show. I got up to leave and was ushered into the managers office. I was told to pay only 124.00 because I never received the cleaning which is all I came in for. He informed me he was giving me a break. Good luck to you if you go here."

"Dr. Sayed and his professional dental staff are a breath of fresh air for choices of dentist in CNY. My background experience came from using military dentist. Needless to say I am quite standoffish of dentist. I reviewed and tried a few dental establishments in the area. Each one driving my hope down of finding a dentist I can trust. I came across Dr. Sayed by pure chance as his practice had just moved to their current location. I checked my insurance, and sure enough he was listed. So I made an appointment one more time, and to this day, I am glad I did. I have never had a single issue with any visit since then. His staff is always on time and ready for appointments. No one there has every tried to up sale me on anything. Which is something you can't say about a lot of the dentist in the area. I always leave his office happy. Enough so that my whole family uses his office now. Along with I would recommend him to any and everyone seeking a dentist."

"Best dentist I've ever been to. I was recommended here by a co-worker and have never had a bad experience. I have been going for 2+ years now and asside from regular cleanings, I've had two root canals and crowns put in. Each with very little discomfort, and they make the crowns while you're in the office. Pretty neat process, as they had let me watch some of the process of 3d printing the crown."

"Save your teeth and your wallet. Every call into the office was about root canals and endo appts. Sitting in the waiting room listening was eye opening. He messed up my relatives teeth. Never going again!!! Now to another dentist to fix what he messed up."
