The new Dental Hygienist in cicero on Brewerton rd was absolutely awesome, she did incredible work on all my teeth , my teeth feel amazing. "I had a molar beneath a crown that went bad and had excruciating pain. My regular dental office said they could not see me. Even in case of an emergency, as this was. This Aspen Dental office in Cicero NY took my call at 8am this morning and saw me at 11:30am. The molar needed removal, which I expected. Dr. Alvarez was awesome, as was Carla and the rest of his staff on the back end of this practice. Julie, on the front end of the office is terrific! As is Julia and Aimee. This office will be definitely taking care of my wife and my dental care from here on out! Thanks Dr. Alvarez and staff!! M. Stevens"

The Good Boss:

"I am beyond impressed with this location. The staff was tremendous. I had brought my friend all the way from Boston Massachusetts to have the remaining of his teeth, fully extracted. We’re blown away and how fast the procedure was. Also how fast the instant dentures were created, and the amazing detail of the dentures. I must say this is definitely been my best experience at a dentistry in my entire life thank you to the entire staff and thank you to you Dr. Alvarez"

"Doctors were friendly and overall fast with procedures; same cannot be said about office staff who gave me attitude after spending 3 days of calling to speak to the doctor regarding an abscess after a root canal and when I expressed concern about having this infection while pregnant scoffed and told me this couldn't affect the baby. A quick Google search can tell you different, and any patient with an infection should be taken seriously. After finally getting antibiotics and a follow up appointment, I sat in the waiting room for an hour on the day of the appointment before leaving without being seen."
