"It was a very nice experience, they were very helpful setting up the appointment but the log in didn’t work out for me, it could have been me who knows. The log in inside was a little slow but the girl at the desk found my appointment and fixed it at her end and then I just had to wait to be seen. It was a shorter wait time than in previous visits. Great job!"
"By far one of the nicest places I’ve been. The receptionist was such a delight. She was very charismatic. The nurse that came in the room first was so sweet and related to me having diverticulitis because her father has it. And the doctor that saw him he was very educated and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this well now to everybody. I can’t remember the names of the ladies of taking care of me, but I want to just thank you so much."
"The woman I dealt with at WellNow was very nice, kind and professional. The issue I had couldn't even be resolved by them, they used a "dipstick" to test my urine and sent me to the ER because they couldn't test beyond the "dipstick" test but they definitely got my $117 copay before I was even seen. $117 dollars to tell me they can't help me and sent me to the ER. My nice experience was strictly one-on-one with the nurse that helped me not with the way I was grossly overcharged for what they didn't do I should have went to the emergency room to begin were they did testing but then I sat for 10 hours and never was seen by any Dr so I ended up leaving and going to my primary. Ridiculously more aggravating than it needed to be. I would give zero stars but you can't post it unless you give them at least one star, how convenient. Just another greedy organization out to rob the people."
