"Horrible management, does not care about patients, or have any concept of appropriate communication. I had multiple cleanings canceled and rescheduled in the Fayetteville office, which then mysteriously closed with no notice (“ Because the owner decided to close that location.”) Being told my only choice was to go out to the Cicero office. They would not do my cleaning until I had a new patient appointment, and saw a lot of plaque (surprise you’ve put me off over a year already) so they wanted to do a “deep cleaning.” When they called me on pricing it was way over what I could afford. I just wanted a regular cleaning (their office has been incapable and unwilling to complete for over a year.) They finally rescheduled me for another two months later. Three hours before my appointment I get a text message that they no longer take my insurance, and I would have to pay up front and submit an out of network request to my insurance. No thank you. There is no way this owner did not know what insurance he would, or would not take sooner than 3 hours notice, nor that he was closing the other office with less than 30 days notice. I have two kids that also need regular follow-up care from new braces and now I’m scrambling to find a new dentist. If he is incapable of running a functioning dental office that actually cares about people; he shouldn’t- because all it is doing Damaging patients dental health."

"It was my first time to a dentist in a very long time and the front desk was very nice and help full they answered all my questions politely. The X-ray girl must have been new so she was learning and all that did was take a little bit longer than normal ….” We all have to learn our jobs before getting good and fast at them” the lady that explained my cleaning I would need was very nice and knowledgeable the dentist came in he was fast yes but one his stuff and all in all I’m very happy with cicero dental associates!!!!"

"I went in for tooth pain. The lady that did my x-rays had zero experience. It took 45 minutes!!! They were incorrect and my mouth was bleeding. The dentist came over, told me it'd be $2500 for dentures and walked away. Front desk was incredibly rude as well. This place should be closed!"

"Went in for tooth pain and I explained how I had a very traumatic experience with two dentist prior to my visit with this establishment. I was expecting cavities but with every filling my mouth pain got worse. And when I told the dentist, I had a hole in my back molar she told me she didn’t see anything. You can literally see a black hole with your own eyes but she assured me there wasnt anything there. I went back two more times for my last fillings and saw a different dentist who asked me who did the dental work in my mouth I was complaining about. I explained one of her colleagues. She tried to file some thing down in my mouth, and since I had been there so many times with little relief I just gave up. I came in traumatized and in pain, and unfortunately left even more traumatized and more pain. I dread going anywhere to have them undo what they did and actually address the tooth i am just watching decay. I honestly think i would have been better off if i never came in."

"Let's start with the front of the house. The lady at the front desk does seem rude and like your wasting her time every single time I talk to her! They never ever answer their phones and I called and left a message that I was in such bad pain and they didn't even call me back. I eventually got a hold of someone and was seen that day. I was in such bad pain they schedule to come in an hour later to get my teeth pulled. The reason they are so bad is because I am petrified of the dentist. I was so scared and shaking and about to cry! The dentist was so nice, like beyond what he had to be for me! He was so kind and caring and made sure I was ok every step of the way! After the first tooth was pulled he asked if I wanted to continue and he was making it so nice for me that I got another pulled! I was in awe of how he treated me! I wish I had his name to put here. I guess they have changed owners and they said he was the owner I believe!"
