"I cannot say enough good things about Bucky’s- if you’re looking for a great groomer in Charlotte, look no further!! I just picked up my 6-month-old girl and the first thing I did when I got home was have a photoshoot so I could show everybody! She looks so beautiful! I brought pictures of the cut I wanted, and they executed it perfectly on her. Staff was incredibly friendly and treated her like their own dog. When I came to pick her up, she was not ready to leave because she was having a great time there! Considering this was her first groom, I was worried it was going to be a stressful situation but that couldn’t have been further from the truth. So important for them to have a positive association with the groomers and Bucky’s definitely gave her that."

Kelsey met me outside and my dogs went right to her! Kelsey and Susan both did a wonderful job with the grooming too, I don't think I have any complaints whatsoever. They even call you when they are done/almost done so you know what exactly is going on! I will be returning!!"
