I was informed that because Lola hasn’t made 1year yet that she’ll just get a trim instead of a full cut. She smelled great and they also added 2 lil bows that look beautiful. "Very disappointed. Brought my dog in for a full grooming and all they trimmed was under he belly, legs, and feet. But they didn’t even clean up her feet all the way, she still had hairs longer than her toenails. I told them to trim up her tail a little to make it look clean and trim her “pants” to give her a shape again. Clearly they didn’t touch her pants or tail. Yes she smelt great, but that’s about the only positive from this grooming experience. Wish I could say I’d recommend. When she was done I couldn’t even ask them to go back and fix because the lady from the front (super nice) was gone as it was past 5pm and the groomer did not speak English…."
