"AMAZING. I am a first time dog owner and just rescued my pit bull so she was very anxious and hyperactive throughout the entire visit. The staff there were BEYOND kind, patient, and loving. They regularly work with CMPD animals so they have experience with rescue dogs. They made sure to accommodate the visit to what my dog felt comfortable with and made sure she felt safe while there. Each staff member I interacted with, had the warmest smile and positive attitude. You can tell the genuinely care about the well-being of each animal. My dog left smelling so clean and her coat was so soft and shiny. I also love how they send post visit reports via email on how the visit went. They rated her skin, coat, ears, nails, teeth, and glands as well as left an overall comment. Just a wonderful place. I felt so comfortable leaving my baby in their hands. It is also very clean and a comfortable space to be in."
