"This therapist in my opinion does not take this profession seriously. She had one initial appointment with my granddaughter virtually then the next two appointments she’s canceled. Always cancel on the day of the appointment. You’re supposed to have some compassion for the clients that you serve especially the children who are opening up to you and looking forward to the conversations. My granddaughter came home from school anticipating her appointment today to find out that you’ve canceled again. Maybe consider changing your profession. Choose something that you actually have a passion for. We will find someone who cares."

"So my girlfriend and I drove 30 minutes to the location and arrived at 12:56pm for a 1pm appointment, to find the door locked. I called the number I saw on the office door for Delonna Brown and got no answer. When 1pm came around I logged onto the portal and messaged her there. I clicked on our appointment time and saw an option to join a video call, so I did that in hopes that she would see us and I could tell her to come to the door. She never answered that, so I googled her name and found her contact info and called her cell at 1:10pm. I explained that we were outside and she proceeded to say that we were late now that it's 1:10pm and she had already left. I said we had been there since 12:56pm and she wasn't there. She said we must have just missed each other. I'm like how are you going to leave before the appointment time and she just lied to us saying she was there since 12:30pm and that she left at 1pm. So needless to say she is going to get a bad review and this whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth."

"Very unprofessional. She has cancelled my sons appointment twice. The first time she did attempted to reschedule, however she never replied back to confirm the appointment. I went on the website to reschedule the appointment myself & the appointment got approved. Now today is the day of the appointment & here she is AGAIN trying to reschedule the appointment because “the appointment request was approved in error”. I would not recommend her to anybody if this is how she conducts her business. Especially if you plan to pay out of pocket. Find someone who is passionate about their job because she is not."

"Delonna Brown is horrible at listening for someone who claims to be a licensed therapist. She couldn’t remember basic information about my son even though I’ve brought him in for several sessions which she was habitually late to. Spend the time to find someone who’s actually competent."

"My son has been seeing DeLonna Brown for over 18 months and has had nothing but the best of care from her. She is professional and yet, caring for her patients and their families. She takes the time to talk with us as parents on what progress or issues we have witnessed, then begins her private session with our son. At the end of the session, she brings us back in to discuss "homework" or concerns we need to address. My son loves her and it is great to know he trusts her and doesn't fight us when we say he has an appointment. DeLonna is a blessing to our family!"
