"Hey Family, I am reaching out to share my recent experience with Yelverton Enrichment Services as a former clinician. Unfortunately, I feel compelled to advise potential new clinicians to exercise caution before considering employment with the company. Recently, Yelverton Enrichment Services implemented a sudden change to the pay structure, deviating from the terms outlined in the original employee offer and contract. Despite my best efforts to adapt to these changes, I encountered significant challenges and turned in a resignation after realizing I couldn’t afford to work for 30 days under the new payment structure. Regrettably, when I expressed my concerns and hesitations about the new pay structure, I also communicated with them about their original offer that guaranteed salary security, but they did not resolve it when confronted. Although they reigned on their contract the company still insisted on a 30-day notice for any potential changes in employment status. To my dismay, Yelverton Enrichment Services not only enforced the 30-day notice but also reversed $3,000 of my pay, citing my failure to comply with this requirement. They went into my account and reversed their pay to pay me minimum wage I share this experience with you in the spirit of transparency, as I believe it is crucial for new clinicians to be aware of potential challenges they may face with Yelverton Enrichment Services.
