"My wife and I scheduled an appt with Shameca Ricks. We both took time off of work to make this appt. We waited 40 mins on our telehealth call with no word at all from the provider. There was no explanation for why the provider did not show up to our appt. I messaged the facility to make sure I hadn’t missed a step or anything. I got no response. I did, however, receive a message to schedule a follow up. A follow up!? We didn’t get to have the initial appt! My wife called and the person she spoke to was very rude and did not seem to care that our time was wasted. We will not be using this agency again. Be careful about using them; you may not get literally anything out of it except lost time and money."
