"Scheduled a first time appointment via email for today at 2 pm. Arrived at the office for the appointment at 2 pm and was told the appointment was scheduled for tomorrow. I advised the office manager I had the emails to verify the appointment had been scheduled for today at 2 pm and was advised there was a “miscommunication”. I asked to meet a therapist today (was willing to wait in the office just to briefly meet someone I would be working with in the future) and was told I could not meet anyone today. They offered to schedule an appointment for next week. I am a healthcare provider and I know scheduling mistakes happen. If the office manager had taken any responsibility for her mistake that would have really changed my impression of this office. If you want a therapy office that is organized, values your time, and actually cares about patients take your business elsewhere."
