"We have not had a great experience with the therapist we are seeing me and my hubby signed up for couples grief therapy and she has done nothing but judge ridicule and mock our grief and our relationship. We have a solid foundation of love and respect in our relationship we are not doing this for relationship advice we need grief help for a miscarriage. She told us the miscarriage was us “dodging a billet” it beyond upset us. We have asked to see a different therapist. Hopefully the next one is better. She also adds her personal opinions and is not able to listen well she interrupts us when we talk."
"We were very impressed with Nancy Capel's handling our session. We were late due to trying to let our son Sami handle the opening of zoom as it is service for him. Thanks, Nancy, for dealing kindly with him and us as his parents. It gives us hope."
"Yesterday was my first visit i with Therapist Caroline Carlson! From the very introduction with her my anxiety l decreased ! She was so warm. Yet professional and an active listener ! I had been with my former therapist for over 7 years , and it was hard to have to find another one and honestly I did not think I would . Relocating from Va , I had to find someone in NC. Boy, I’m so glad I found Ms . Carlson! She is an active listener and very attentive and, caring ! I look forward to working with this Amazing Professional for years to come ! Thank you for allowing me to share my experience ! KFB"
"Made an appointment and they cancelled it ten minutes later. They insisted I wouldn't be charged. I was sent an invoice to pay $135. I called and was assured I didn't have to pay it. A week later my credit card was charged $135. Never wasting my time with them again. Disputing charge with credit card company. Garbage"
"My therapist, Jessie, is just wonderful. He is great at getting me back on topic and into the work. He is kind and caring and I’d recommend him to those just beginning therapy as well as those who’ve done it a long time."
