"I just called the agency, because I'm looking for health insurance myself. Julie picked up and she was as sweet as honey! Just that alone will be given at least 3 stars. Once I get to talk more with them, I'll update my review. UPDATE: I just spoke with Mr. Ian Smith. He was super kind and sweet. Unfortunately, they don't provide individual health insurance, but he will be having another agency get in touch with me soon. Even though I couldn't go through Mr. Smith's agency with my needs, I still give them a 5 star for kindness and helpfulness in what they could do."
