A Grade Therapy

A Grade Therapy is a pediatric therapy company located at 4325 East W.T. Harris Boulevard in Charlotte, North Carolina. Founded in 2018 by Aaron Cockburn, we specialize in offering occupational therapy services for children. Our future plans include expanding our services to include physical and speech therapy as well.

At A Grade Therapy, our mission is to meet the needs of children by providing high-quality care and parent coaching to families in North Carolina. Our dedicated staff members are highly trained and experienced in delivering excellent outcomes and ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction.

Aaron Cockburn, a graduate of Columbia University with a masters in Occupational Therapy, established the company with the goal of providing skilled intervention to children in need.
