"The person on the phone was really rude and didn't seem like he wanted to take the call In the first place nor clarified what he needed until said aggressively"
"Just starting out meeting with Denise for pelvic floor therapy. The first appointment was very thorough. The location is convenient, although the waiting room is a little small."
"They repeatedly told me that they’re covered by United, both on the phone and in person. They aren’t, and I have the huge bill to prove it. They’ve admitted to us that there was some sort of mistake along the way and that they would remedy the bill, but that was over 8 months ago. The woman that was assigned to help us will no longer answer our phone calls or texts. Do not go here if you have United."
"During my last visit, unfortunately I had a terrible experience with the front desk attendant, Ashley. She was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude over a mishap with the insurance that was an error on part of the front desk. Being a regular at the agency for a few months, I noticed that Ashley did not have the best attitude but had never experienced it personally. Unfortunately I did today. I can also agree with a previous review that the front desk hardly picks up the phone or returns phone calls, which resulted in me getting a later appointment and aided in the insurance mishap today. Something should be done about this immediately."
"Very disappointed. Was very pleased with the reviews, the website, and this facility was brought up several times to me via word of mouth. I called for 3 three days following the phone prompts where it states: press 3 for new patients looking to schedule an appointment. The phone just rings and rings and no one ever picks up. A message prompt comes up stating call back at a later time. No option to leave a voicemail. Day 3 I called and hit prompt 1 for existing patients so that I could talk to an actual person. I advised them what I am trying to do and asked are you not accepting new patients and that is why no one is answering the new patient extension. The lady stated: I don't know. We have a central team that handles the new patient take in let me see if i can get someone on the line for you. She never stayed on the line on her end to see if anyone would ACTUALLY PICK UP. She just transferred me over and I sat and listened to music for 15 minutes. Eventually I hung up. I shouldn't have to call for 3 days and be left hung to dry to make an appointment. Again disappointment because I have heard and read so many great things. But due to all of this, I will no longer be considering this facility if this is how the staff or lack thereof handles potential clients. Who is to say what lack luster customer service I would have received once I became a patient. No one should have to do an Olympic qualifier to obtain an appointment."
