She really opens my eyes to a lot of things in life! Idc what anyone says she is very patient, kind, and understanding. I never want another therapist now that I have had the pleasure of talking to Brittany!"

"My child has had a bad experience with a previous counselor. So coming here they were not 100 all in. The counselor has taken the time to build up their confidence and build a working repore that is not just one sided. She doesn't sugar coat but she doesn't brow beat either. They are working at success together. When I was made aware of a co-payment due on our part. It was overwhelming that my child may not get the help she needs. But everyone I talked to helped me to come to a solution that my child can get the services she needs as well as take care of my co-payment. I appreciate the professionalism and the helpfulness."

"I wish I could give zero stars. I really enjoyed my clinician, however the company itself Pinnacle Point couldn’t care less about the well-being of their clients. The clinical director has shown that everything comes down to money. And I’m not the only one who feels this way judging by these reviews. And don’t trust these fake five star reviews either. The company left a review on themself which is laughable. I was dismissed by their greedy money hungry clinical director due to having to reschedule appointments. My therapist was well aware of the circumstances surrounding me having to reschedule but the clinical director doesn’t care. Not to mention, policy is three no-shows is a dismissal. There is NOTHING in writing about rescheduling appointments. Also, they overcharged me numerous times and I would have never found out if I had not researched it for myself. And when I discovered their clerical error the front desk receptionist at the time (not the current one because she’s sweet) had very dismissive nonchalant “oh well” attitude about it. I guess since it wasn’t her money she didn’t care. I looked for a corporate number to further address this matter and guess what they have the Charlotte location listed! There’s NOTHING corporate about this location or the people who run it. I was always polite and never rude but it seems the loud obnoxious ones are the ones who get what they need. I guess I should have had the latter approach. If you don’t receive Medicaid, are employed, and are actually a PAYING customer, it’s just a matter of time before you’re screwed over as well. And I will continue to leave reviews until this clinical director is looked into."

"After receiving services for years I’ve decided to voluntarily dismiss me & my family due to the lack of customer service. The director scheduled me incorrectly & when trying to get this resolved the front desk girl was shouting at me & the director herself was extremely rude & accused me of lying about my appt availability. Not to mention my son has had to switch therapists 3X due to their staff inconsistency. Their overall recent change is management is causing not just me but according to other reviews other once sticky customers to leave. & I would not trust them with my personal info with the such character. The director stated she did not care if I made a review but guess what customers do so good luck with that!"

"This has been such a wonderful experience. I have been taking my daughter to the Charlotte office for the past few months and am blown away with the changes I have seen in her. I have never had any issues with scheduling and have always felt that the whole team genuinely care about us and wants us to succeed. Renee Bell is a wonderful therapist and the tools she has given me and my daughter are priceless. My daughter has grown so much and is so much more accountable and enjoyable to have around compared to the constant power struggles and arguments. I cannot express enough how much I enjoy Pinnacle. I’m so glad that we found them!!"
