"She gave awful advice to my family. She asked me to trust a known liar, like it was just normal and that if I couldn't trust the known liar (who by the way is STILL lying) that I was the issue/problem. She was oblivious to reality and probably needs more schooling to deal with complex cases. OK to see her if you need a pep talk, but the family member of mine who was seeing her as patient got worse under her therapy. I ended up ending the family member's relationship with her and funny enough, she, the same day, left me a voice mail terminating her relationship with us. Also, I'd chosen her because she was listed as a Christian counselor on Psychology Today (which she has now removed) When i referred to things in the bible that were directly against her advice, she said she doesnt view scripture as relevant to her practice! So yeah, that was SUPER shocking- false advertising for sure!"
