"I met Gray twice before she “pet sit” our dogs… I’ve worked with many other dog sitters in the past and she felt like someone I could trust. I could not have been more wrong. I hired her for overnight stays on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. ( i actually miscommunicated that she was needed Tuesday night and offered to pay for it even though I wouldn’t need her anymore) I should say my dogs are safe and healthy… but the experience was horribly stressful. She clearly overbooked herself to an INTENSE degree and was a problem since the moment we entrusted our dogs with her. She was supposed to arrive between 8-9am On Wednesday and did not even respond until almost 11am when she claimed to have overslept…I had to have a neighbor run over and care for my dogs. Trying to be understanding I moved forward and trusted it was just a one time issue. Thursday morning (thanksgiving) she called me and told me that she had lost the key of another clients and asked if she could bring a strangers dog to my house… being in a position where I was almost 6 hours away I agreed feeling like I have little to no option or my dogs were not going to get any attention I offered to get another dog sitter and she apologized and said she had now found the key she previously had lost and didn’t need to dog at my house anymore… I texted her later that day to check up and never heard back…. Friday early morning I told her to leave my house and I would have a friend come and take over. She said she couldn’t respond because a cat she was doing a drop in for died… at this point I find all the issues coming up to be suspicious… but who knows maybe it was true. She left my key and garage door opener on the counter and when my neighbor came to take over our back door was WIDE open… like not unlocked but swinging open. Thank god my dogs were crated and safe but this was such a wildly Unprofessional experience… She left her schedule on my counter and she was caring for over 10 animals… this is so irresponsible in my opinion and if she got in over her head she should have come clean and backed out of some of them. I would’ve cancelled my trip before leaving my dogs like this. On one day it says she let my dogs out at 6:50 am and wasn’t at my house again until 3:45pm I don’t think Gray is malicious or criminal or anything of that nature but she is clearly not suitable to run as large of a business as she attempted. I will never use her again and am very upset with the care and communication she provided."

"Highly recommend Gray! She did a fantastic job with my elderly and medically complex cat as well as our additional two kittens and a stray. She was very professional, kind, and all the animals loved her. Will definitely be rebooking next time I need pet sitting! Thanks :)"

"Gray did an awesome job caring for my kitties while away on vacation. She has SUPER fast communication and I can tell she genuinely loves animals. I was nervous about having someone I didn’t know coming in to watch them, but Gray did such a great job and my kitties were well taken care of. I loved how she sent pics of them every visit so I could feel at ease that they’re taken care of. I highly recommend and will be booking her again!"

"Gracie did a great job with our senior dog when we went out of town for the weekend. She was very responsible and handled him well which included administering several medications. Gracie is great with pets - very caring and nurturing. We left our dog in very capable hands!"
