"I've been calling this place for the past 2 weeks I've gone up to the building 5 times it's always closed and they've only answered once. I called to request road side assistance which I found out later wasn't included in my liability yet I had to pay 216$ for my car insurance mind you the car was a 2006. When I asked to cancel my insurance the woman lied about sending the documents to sign through my email and I haven't heard from them since. This place is just to rob and scam you and I plan on taking legal actions by the end of the week"

"No stars. Treated horribly by Mia or Nia she sounded like she just woke up and was very impatient, belligerent and rude because I asked too many questions. I am not a client. I called on behalf of my son who is and was willing to make any payment necessary... but in the course of the conversation she started raising her voice and became very insulting. I have never encountered anyone like that being so unprofessional in a business setting. She ended up hanging up on me because I was just asking questions about how much money he actually owed. I believe there could be something more going on here than just a legitimate business. At least as far as this one person is concerned. She really shouldn't be working with the public."

"Not too happy with them right now they're trying to raise my policy and I only had it for 2 months they're asking for way too much money $135 for liability come on that's ridiculous and my car is 15 years old no that's not right somebody's playing games there if I have to I'm going to go someplace else"
