"I sent my daughter for a scan because of a check engine light and they handed her the scanner and said she had to do it herself her next visit I told her to have her battery checked because it wouldn't start the young lady at the counter said it checked week but she didn't need a battery when she insisted the girl gave her a hard time about installing it in the end they couldn't find where one of the wires went back my daughter also claimed the girl wreaked of marijuana I called another store to get the district manager's phone number and his phone answered in Spanish when he finally called me back he was Defensive never apologized and said he needed to speak to my daughter I'll just never go back and I recommend the same for everyone"

"I woke up this morning to find my car's battery not starting up as it should, the 2nd time in two days. Popped by Autozone and found the staff/management to be really helpful and friendly. Jose, one of the managers, helped me get a new alternator and recycle the old one for some extra $. He also recommended a really great local-business/mechanic to do the work today and it' already finished, 3 and half hours since I first came to Autozone. I need my car for work tonight so this was a total lifesaver all around. Big props to Robert too who helped me recycle it and pointed out some good deals for me for window-cleaning supplies! Thanks again guys!"

"They always have either in stock or online what I am looking for. There is one employee that doesn't like to help customers. He seems to be bothered whenever you need assistance. I try to answer my own questions because he is of no help and when the other employees are free I just ask them and they are always helpful and explain things and get me to what I want or need. I wish they would get rid of Mr. No Assistance, but he seems to linger there..."
