"5 PM, greeted by a huge, unfriendly clerk. Wanted wiper blades. Asked for them to be installed, “no, not at night” was his reply. Tried to buy them anyway. Was asked for phone #, didn’t come up in system. I didn’t care, just wanted to buy wipers. “ need your name”, he said. I replied “ you don’t need my name to buy wipers. “. He glared down at me, I left without wipers. Went to competing store, friendly, helpful clerk, as it should be. They will get future business."
