"First off, when I went to see her for an exam for micro plasma, she got confused, or wasn't listening when I described my symptoms and concerns. She thought I was there for vaginal discharge. Then when we did get the test result back for being positive for BV, it's been 1 week now and she still hasn't prescribed me any medication! She also takes awhile to get back to you. Her nurses and staff are amazing, so I did really like those ladies, but the dr seems disinterested, disengaged, not caring, and has no sense of urgency. For women like me who have been dealing with symptoms and constant vaginal infections, getting diagnosed and treatment ASAP just never comes fast enough. But when you take 1 week, 1 week to just send in a prescription and I have to remind you, that is negligent."
