"Both cicero and oneida locations serve burgers not quite hot enough. Today at Cicero they wrapped the burger poorly so it fell out in the bag. Was not warm enough. The bag was not handed TO me so much as shoved AT me. Not great customer service skills."
"First time and last time going to this Wendy's. I placed a dine in mobile order and when I got there, I waited to the side only to be blatantly ignored. So I finally got in the line and told them I had a mobile order. It wasn't until after EVERYONE (even those behind me!) got their food that they started to work on mine, only to tell me that they're out of nacho buns. I waited half of my lunch break just waiting on food that I ordered ahead of time. That defeated the whole purpose of ordering online to "skip" the line."

"Please please please don’t send a salad out the drive thru with no plastic ware and missing toppings. An apple pecan salad just doesn’t hit the same without the blue cheese and pecans….eaten with a spoon…. Unfortunately this is the 4th or 5th time in a row that my salad was missing things."
