"Normally I am really happy with this Panera but today we ordered on the mobile app for pickup around 6pm and my Napa Almond Chicken Salad sandwich barely had ANY chicken salad on it. Very disappointed."

"Really Panera? This is the quality you’re okay with putting out? You charge $7 for a smoothie and only offer one size and you can’t even bother to fill it to the top? Second time this has happened!!! Ridiculous. Then this sloppy soggy mess of a sandwich? I couldn’t even eat it because it was so disgusting. Done with this place. They’ve become sloppy and lazy with food and drink orders but still wanna charge an arm and a leg. $30 for this!!! Embarrassing"

"Ordered from Panera tonight (for delivery) unfortunately the order was not accurate. I ordered a Greek Chicken Salad, however the order came with no chicken. I also ordered extra mayo for my sandwich and did not receive extra mayo nor did I get really any mayo on the sandwich. The receipt was signed off that everything was accurate but that was not true. I tried to contact Panera but received no answer."

"When arriving to pick up a to-go order yesterday, nothing was bagged yet so I politely asked if I could just place the items in a bag. They said, it had to be checked first, which I understood and I patiently waited. Once the woman, with a manager tag on, came around to where I was the only one waiting, she proceeded to bag and check all the other orders first. I politely pointed my order out to her and she preached to me about patience while continuing to bag up the other food that no one was waiting for while my order continued to get cold and she bagged it last. Absolutely terrible customer service, especially for a regular that places large orders often. If this is the kind of service you get from a manager at this location, I will go elsewhere from now on."
