"I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but the Breakfast Burritos were old beyond old, they seemed like an angry employee squeezed the life out of them, went to get a drink at the fountain drink machine only to see so much dried food and grime all over the counter, it was early in the morning, no excuse for days old harden food, especially in the lobby, one of the filthiest McDonald’s I’ve been in"

"Was told by employee " we dont have nuthin like that when i soecified a menu item listed on my app- online ordered for pick up . I wound up not getting my deal and paying more than twice as much for less food than i needed for my two young children and my husband- everyone was tired and needed to be fed as preschoolers rely on structure routines and our family operates around the necessary schedule. So I had to just order whatever while we all sat in the drive through expecting to just be picking up a previously placed online order!"

"Manager is rude and unprofessional. Don't ask for anything slightly out of the ordinary or not directly off the menu or you'll get an attitude. Manager wants to take a power trip in a fast food restaurant."

"Yesterday, after spending several hours at Upstate hospital where my teenage son had a scheduled procedure, we went to the Cicero NY location and ordered two happy meals (cheeseburger and 6 piece nugget) using the kiosk, as there's usually less human error involved when you want ingredients left off (in my case, no onions, no mustard). After 20 minutes and watching all the people who came in after us get served while trying to console my hangry, semiverbal teenager who hadn't eaten since 9pm the previous night, I asked where the two happy meals were. They were quickly supplied, but despite my verbal requests to inquire about the cheeseburger happy meal, I was ignored. We got our meals, left, and I bit into a gross burger as we drove away. At least the fries were good. My dog really appreciated getting my burger when we got home."
