Pho Ngon 2215 Ayrsley Town Boulevard, Charlotte, NC 28273

"After shopping at the outlet on Sunday, I visited this rice noodle restaurant. I ordered takeout food, ate some noodles, and came home to Raleigh. Today (Monday) while eating takeout food for dinner, I was surprised to hear a really thin wire chewed in my mouth. If I swallowed it, I was really surprised. It must have been a big problem. If you visit this place, please be careful and chew thoroughly just in case something happens. I hope the owner also checks the ingredients of the food carefully."

"Stopped in for lunch and it was really tasty. The broth was delicious and didn’t need much. I did add sriracha sauce because I enjoy the heat. I tried the chicken pho and shrimp spring rolls. Out of the two I enjoyed the pho the most. The atmosphere and decor is very traditional, place is clean and service was prompt."

"Went in for lunch and was sat within a minute or two. Order was taken and drink was brought within a reasonable time given that it appears that there were only two people working the establishment. The food was delicious and there was an ample serving of it. I ordered Pho and they offered the traditional ingredients that I like (beef tendon & tripe)."

"I normally do take out but on this day 5/27/23 I decided to dine in. The waiter sat us down… we waited at least 15 mins before he took our order…. After taking our order , about 20 mins later he brought out the drinks. 20 mins after than 3 of the 4 appetizers came out. My quail came out 10 mins after everyone got there’s. So I get my quail than less than 5 mins later I got my main food which was pho. Didn’t even have time to process my quail…. Anyways the pho broth was bland…. Not sure why when I take it to go it taste a lot better….. any ways the sriracha bottle had crude on the top of the bottle…. They dont even bother to clean correctly. This place is slow when it comes to service…… and to top it all off there was a guy who came in 15 mins after we did and he got his food before us….. such a disappointment this place is….. not sure if I will ever be coming back…"
