"Very unassuming place with good vegan food! I had their avocado toast which had lemon juice and red pepper over sourdough bread. It was delicious and thickly spread. The Manager was very nice and told us a lot about how they do things. All their Pastry is made in house. We also had the Vanilla and Matcha Latte. I liked the Vanilla the best, it had a sweet but not too sweet flavor. I definitely will be going back. They have an Olive Oil cake that looks divine! Highly recommend this place!"

"The food tastes soooo good here. Ingredients are all fresh. The kitchen is situated so that you can see them preparing meals, which is neat. The service is superb. You can tell that this establishment is operated extremely well by caring individuals. I had the breakfast sandwich, sampled the amazing waffles, and porridge. All were very good and flavorful."

"Lights Cafe has to be one of the best breakfast spots in the charlotte area hands down! My first reaction was the service! It was over the top like you would find at a 5-star fine dining establishment; We had 3 people seating the two of us. The food was OUT OF THE WORLD good! It came out fairly fast and the smells and flavor from it... phenomenal! The portions were just right and the temperatures were spot on. We spoke with the staff and they are all super friendly and very knowledgeable. We are coming back!"
