"Cost effective with easy drop off and pick up hours. We’ve used them probably four or five times. That said, on our most recent visit, we sent our dog two ziploc bags of dog food (one for dinner and one for breakfast the next day) and he was returned home with a bag. When asked, the employee doubled down and just kept saying “he had an extra. He had an extra bag.” He did not. We dropped him off around 11 one day and picked him up around 3 the next day. So, he either did not get fed at a meal, or got fed someone else’s food (frustrating as he has allergies). We will not be returning."

"We have been using Happy Paws for our dog Dax for 6 years. They are always friendly and greet us in the morning at the parking lot. Dax always is super excited to go to the kennel when we tell him and cannot wait. He had a 14 day stay this summer and we trust that everything went great by his temperament when we get him back. We have never had anything but positive experiences there over the years and we feel the price is right too."

"Our pupster loves going to Happy Paws for daycare. We have boarded him for short and longer periods and he is always happy both arriving and when we pick him up. We have used them since they opened. As our dog has gotten older, they have been very patient with his temperament(!) and quirks. They have noticed health issues that we haven’t, called us promptly and helped us arrange to get him to our vet. They’ve always taken great care of our little monster."

"My wife and I recently got our first pup from a rescue and needed to find a location to board her for a few days while we visited family in VA. Everybody else was either too busy (understandable during the holidays) or didn’t want to talk to us when they found out we had a pit mix. Happy Paws made the whole process painless. You do need to bring your dog in for a temperament test to make sure they’ll be compatible with the other dogs and staff during their stay but you get the whole day of daycare for free as a result! The prices for overnight boarding are also excellent. We knew it was a good place when we went to drop our dog off and she wagged her tail as much at the staff there as she does us when greeting us at home after a day at work. Recommended for boarding your canine friend!"
