"Amazing clinic. We brought our dog, Aiden, to Petfolk for an urgent care situation. We suspected lymphoma and needed palliative care until we could get to his primary vet for his final care. They were so understanding of the situation and didn't try to push us into anything we didn't need. They were very transparent about the costs as well, which we very much appreciated. We said goodbye to our beloved Aiden a few days later but we would have not had that time without their quick and compassionate action. Thank you."

Dr. Grant and the ladies were compassionate, patient, thorough, got us in last minute and took excellent care of our new fur baby. Three Other locations threw their hands up, and were unwilling to even try to help with this very scared kitten, but the staff at Huntersville took the challenge, were solution oriented and even made it look easy! This “Fear free” environment even felt safe and loving to us as humans… so imagine how good it feels to the animals they treat! "Found a small wound at the base of our fosters tail. Likely had it when he was outside. Was able to get an appt immediately. Staff was super great with cats! He was chill for everything and anything they did to him. Luckily it was almost healed already but gave a script to get him to home base. Also noted his ears were mildly red so we are treating them also until his recheck. Very positive experience! I would definitely go back and highly recommend if you are unsure!"

"The staff could not be nicer. I brought my 16 year old cat here recently when he wasn’t feeling well and had stopped eating. Pricing was very transparent and they gave me an estimate of every test and procedure they wanted to do before they did it. Dr. Grant was excellent, very kind, answered all of my questions and gave me a clear understanding of all my kitty’s results. I’m happy to report that my cat starting eating a bit when we got home and again this morning - so things are looking up!"
