"After seeing an ad on Facebook for a Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV, I immediately googled Mitsubishi dealerships and was surprised that there was only one in our area. I went in expecting to look at a few cars and be on my way while exploring options. I was greeted by a super helpful and friendly staff. Although they said they just opened up earlier this year it felt like they had loads of knowledge and answered any of my inquiries. "Bought a car from them about 2 months ago. I have needed 3 repairs since. First one was my crankshaft. Failed within the first week of my ownership. Stalled in the middle of the road. Second occurred about a month and a half out. My starter died the second it got a little cold out. Now I’m in a shop getting my rotors, brakes, and caliper replaced due to heavy deterioration that would not have passed NY state inspection. This is an incredibly horrible safety violation. I have driven just over 1,000 miles on this car. I have confirmed that there is no way I could have done this in the time span I have owned it. Do not trust them, pay to get your own inspection. They are selling junk cars for top prices."
