"I recently visited U Tea at the Destiny USA mall with my family who was in town from South America. We were excited to try out their teas and enjoy a pleasant time together. However, our experience was unfortunately marred by an incident with a female employee who had a large chest tattoo. After purchasing 6 teas from the establishment, we decided to use one of the chairs from the store to sit at a table near the restaurant. To our surprise, the same employee approached us and berated us in front of everyone for using the chair. Her demeanor was quite unsettling and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. As a paying customer who had just supported their business, I didn't expect to be treated in such a manner. It was embarrassing and disappointing, especially in front of my family who were visiting from out of town. We came to U Tea to enjoy a relaxing time, but this incident left a negative impression on all of us. I believe that customers should be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the situation. It's important for businesses to foster a welcoming environment for all patrons. I hope that U Tea takes this feedback constructively and works to ensure that such incidents don't happen in the future. While the teas were enjoyable, the overall experience was soured by this unfortunate encounter. I hope U Tea can address this issue and continue to provide a more pleasant atmosphere for all visitors."

"The shop was cute, but right away I was met with being unable to hear the cashier. No matter. But that should’ve served as a warning, because once I ordered I realized how high the prices were for a frankly very thin cup. $7.51 was my total for the Cheezo Strawberry Slush. I waited for 15 minutes while people who’d arrived after me were given their beverages, mine was not started. When I received the drink, the cup was sticky, and it tasted like soap. I am a big tea fan…and now I have this drink that I feel obligated to finish. It’s a little nauseating now after having drank the thing. Edit: it gave me food poisoning."

"Nice little shop with excellent drinks. You've gotta try the Pineapple Yakult with Strawberry Heart Jellies or the Very Banana with Rainbow Boba. Very Very good. Not much seating inside and no bathroom. That's ok because it's around the corner just outside this shop."
