"worst experience. usually my friends and i love panera, we enjoy coming and their food is usually good. tonight it was not. my mac and cheese was not warmed at all, it was all stuck together AND there was a hair in it. my soup was barley hot. last but not least, my chocolate croissant was also COLD. what’s it up tonight panera? not impressed."
"They're so nice here! This is my local Panera and I love coming here. It never disappoints and the people working here really make the place great."
"Panera in Clay, N.Y. Friendly, Cups are accessible for customers without having to wait in lines, especially if you are in the sipping club. Condiments such as honey always seems to be readily available. I can't say the same for the Panera in Camillus, N.Y. unfortunately, since my family and I go there frequently. Most of the staff is very friendly and accommodating and helpful. Although I have had some unpleasant experiences with some in charge apparently having a bad day."
"I’m usually not one to complain. I’ve spent my adult life in the service industry and I can relate to the difficulties in dealing with that impossible to please customer. That said, this was not an enjoyable visit this evening. I asked for a sandwich that appealed to me. They were out of the bread used to make the sandwich. I was told no substitution for the bread on the sandwich I wanted, yet the next person to order from another cash register employee was able to substitute the bread for their sandwich. Despite that, the food tasted good. It was quite a disappointment that I wasn’t able to order what I wanted, an inconvenience that I would normally overlook. But for the next person to be able to do what I had requested without an issue shows that there is perhaps a training issue. The dining area was pretty dirty, it was difficult to find a table that didn’t have food crumbs all over it. The most clean table we could still had sticky rings from spilled drinks on it. The floor all throughout the dining area desperately needs a vacuuming. I work in an auto repair shop and the floors aren’t as dirty as they are here."
"We paid 50$ at a kiosk. We were treated super rudely the entire time we were there, everywhere there was dirty tables. I ordered a bread bowl onion soup, instead I got a smallest size soup with no bread bowl... very disappointed. Poor experience."
