"Kendrick, the manager, was gossiping and talking trash about employees to 2 customers loudly while the store was crowded. I asked the cashier where we were on the line and she asked him he said rudely and loudly to me “if you want a refund I can give you one “. I stated again I wanted an answer to my question were the people on the line in the store handled before the people who placed order online for pickup… because we waited a long time for our drinks. Again he rudely said if I wanted a refund he would gladly give me one” . Trash management and he should be the one fired (not the employees he was trash talking about)"

"My experience here was AWFUl. Grass is a terrible employee, Starbucks should be ashamed that she works for them. I normally do not write reviews but I had to give in today. She was rolling her eyes as each customer was ordering and started off our interaction with “what am I doing”. No employee should act like that.
