"Excellent bubble tea and very fast service!"
"Delicious bubble tea! What more do I need to say? They also have limited time flavors/drinks that offers a fun twist on things, esp their collabs like Kirby and Pikmin. Def worth a try!"
"The quality of milk tea is just fine, i had caramel milk tea. They are quite fast and efficient."
"This is an embarrassment for the business. Not sure how much money you are saving but I'm sure it is not worth the cost of your reputation. My recommendation for this store is to not follow the same steps of the KFT that was on Syracuse University campus (now permanently closed) where they never fill up the drink. Having to worked in KFT before, I know its not that hard to add more tea when the drink is not fill up and I know it will not change the taste of the drink."
"My kids loved the drinks they got. My sons got the Pokemon Frozen Slushie with mango boba. My daughter the mint tea with strawberry jelly chunks. I got the Kiwi punch with crystal bubbles. The drinks were so sickening and sweet. They need to back off on the sugar. The Kiwi didn't taste like kiwi at all, and the crystal bubbles had a nasty aftertaste to them. I might try this place again if I am at the mall just to give them another chance"
