Taco Bell

"I was on the other side of Monroe County when I put my order into the app figuring that would be plenty of time to get my order ready. Turns out, I was wrong. I went into the restaurant and after waiting an additional 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me I tell them I have a mobile order to which (I'm guessing) the manager had to tell someone to look at the mobile orders. So, my order hadn't even been started yet! Then, she had to tell another person to pay attention to the front counter. I have never, ever seen employees move so SLOWLY at a fast food restaurant, especially during a lunch rush! Then I see employees outside smoking, and having a grand, old time. This is such a disappointment considering I live a bout a minute from this place."

"I recently visited this Taco Bell location and was disappointed with the service. It took over 20 minutes to receive my order, and there were no apologies for the delay. To make matters worse, an item was missing from my order, requiring additional waiting time. When I requested some form of compensation for these inconveniences, the staff informed me that they couldn't offer anything. This is in stark contrast to other Taco Bell locations in the Rochester area, where staff are typically quick to apologize for any delays, however minor, and often offer a complimentary drink or a voucher without prompting. This particular visit was a letdown and did not meet the standard of customer service I've come to expect from Taco Bell."

"This Taco Bell has the worst service I've ever had anywhere. The restaurant workers were snotty and completely ignored everyone at the counter. After waiting 25 minutes, I asked if my food was almost ready the employee complained they didn't have enough help. I finally got my food 10 minutes after that. No one should have to wait 35 minutes for fast food!! I would recommend going elsewhere to eat!!"

"Was Excited to finally have A Taco Bell close to me. But this has to be the worst customer service location ever. There are always plenty of employees but none that ask or want to help you. I waited at the counter waiting to place an order and after 5 minutes of not being greeted or any communication I Said Thank You for Nothing & Left. And this was at 730 pm the place was dead. Other times there’s always a issue with wrong ingredients or missing food."

"I don't normally publish reviews for fast food places but I feel compelled to do so for the new Taco Bell in Piano Works mall. I get it, it's new and all the kiosks work. The place was clean - tables, kiosks, drinks bar, floor - everything. The kitchen and assembly staff actually talked to each other when assembling orders and made sure that it was correct, hot, and wrapped. Guess what, when they were not filling an order, they were cleaning! Quite honestly the food was hot, fresh and the tortilla's not stale. This was my best Bell experience ever. Keep up the great work!"
