The property is beautiful, the amenities for residents are extravagant. The best highlights for community are the events held on the property, making the experience at legacy heritage one of the best or what I would I call top tier!!"

The reason we gave four stars instead of 5 were that the amenities offered online and verbally when we first came in were consistently delayed in opening or not in working order."

Everything from the floor plans, modern appliances, cabinets and countertops to the clubhouse with a golf simulator and 2 lane mini bowling alley. Maintenance is extremely quick to respond and fix anything that is wrong with your apartment and the leasing staff are always responsive and helpful. In terms of price, location and overall living experience, Legacy Heritage gets it all right. Love it here."

"Without a doubt, moving to Legacy Heritage was the best decision I’ve made since moving down to NC. The community is absolutely gorgeous, and is extremely financially efficient. Literally all of my expectations have been exceeded here and I’m actually saving money because there’s so many amenities that cover all of my needs (gym, pet spa, entertainment, etc). Most importantly, my puppy and I absolutely adore the staff here, they are incredible!! Even after office hours he sprints to the office doors hoping to see them lol!"
