"I have stayed in over 30 hotels in NC. for work purposes since January of 2023. This hotel has been by far the best. From the over sized rooms to the free laundry, which was a plus for me. To the cleaning staff and the manager Fernando, who was very accommodating and understanding to what type of room I needed. The price was great. Brea and Morgan were so helpful and were there for whatever I needed. They all became my hotel Family. I promise to be back and hopefully get to check out one of the new renovated rooms. Until then thank you all so much for making Candlewood my home away from home."

"Morgan was really amazing I called in for early check in and she let me to check in at 11 o’clock. Everything about his place was definitely to my liking and I worked at a couple hotels and I know great customer service she went above and beyond I will definitely be coming back Cleaning was great good good customer service they did their thing I appreciate y’all. "I was surprised how clean the rooms are, it is not a new hotel but clean and when you walk to the room it smells nice. The room has a refrigerator microwave dishwasher coffee maker and some essential dishes. I travel with a big dog and find a dog friendly place to stay is not easy. And when you do it most likely is smelly and has stains on the carpet. Nothing like that clean floor and carpet and pleasant smell. The receptionist was very nice and helpful with a smile that made a good first impression. Later on the receptionist called to ask if the room was ok.... That was a very nice touch. The hotel has a small gym, free laundry and coffee. I would definitely recommend this place."

"Booked this hotel for a family event had at least six rooms. I will first say that the staff was very friendly and very nice. However, the hotel is horribly dated in need of service, and the amenities were a few and far between. The pictures are deceiving and so is the outside of the property. Unfortunately, I will never stay at this property again moved across the street at the Fairfield Inn and it was absolutely fabulous"
